WELCOME HOME to Highland Junction, located in Denver, Colorado. Our 39 unit community was built in 2018 and offers a vast array of modern amenities and comforts! These include a state-of-the-art tenant lounge, outdoor community patio, underground parking garage, bike storage, storage units, parcel package lockers, and amazing views of the mountains from the upper floors!


Available floor types include studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedrooms units. Each unit comes equipped with a stackable washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, and modern finishes. Studio’s include a pre-installed Murphy Bed to make your move that much easier! 


Highland junction is located between the bustling Historic West Highland & Berkeley neighborhoods! Our community is  just down the block from numerous retail stores, restaurants, parks, and entertainment. You’ll be neighbors with 24 Hour Fitness, Sprouts Farmers Market, Natural Grocers, Berkeley Lake Park, and just 1.6 miles from Sloan Lake!  In addition, we are situated less than 4 miles away from Downtown Denver and have easy accessibility to I-70 via Sheridan Blvd.

  • Pet Policy

    We are a pet-friendly community!


    Pet Deposit:

    • Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment with a $300 deposit per unit. This deposit is fully refundable upon move-out.  


    Pet Rent:

    • Cat: $25 monthly pet rent

      * Per unit, up to 2 cats. 

    • Dog: $35 monthly pet rent

      * Per unit, up to 2 dogs. 


    Note: If a tenant has both a cat and a dog, the total monthly pet rent will be $35.


    Restrictions:

    We have a weight limit of 80lbs. The following constitutes a list of animals, and/ or breeds of animals, that are not permitted in, on, or around any apartment or common area. Animals not listed below, but display substantially similar physical characteristics or traits will be treated as though they had been listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made for service or companion animals, in accordance with Colorado laws.

  • Lease Terms

    •  We are currently offering an 11-month lease term at the advertised rental rate. 


    *We also offer other flexible lease terms at time of approval. Lease terms are subject to change. Please contact our leasing office to discuss additional options.

  • Pricing and Additional Fees

    • $40 application fee per person 18 or older

    • $500+ security deposit

    • $100 administration fee

    • $5 monthly package fee

    • Underground Parking - $125/mo (Optional)

    • 3x3x6 Storage Unit - $30/mo (Optional)

    • $1 monthly payment processing fee

  • Utilities

    All standard utilities are billed in addition to your monthly rent amount. The tenant will set up electricity with Xcel Energy and will be billed a flat fee for water usage.
