Denver market
LONG BEACH, Calif. (Aug. 16, 2023) – Plenty of Places Apartment Homes, or PoP, a privately held real estate investment firm, has acquired Highland Junction, a 39-unit multi-family property in Denver's Berkeley neighborhood. The acquisition marks the firm's 13th multi-family acquisition in the Denver Metro area.
PoP operates properties using their in-house management with a focus on delivering consistent exceptional service across their portfolio. The acquisition of Highland Junction comes during a very slow market where deal activity has all but come to a standstill. This demonstrates PoP’s ability to identify a valuable investment opportunity and act swiftly to acquire it.
“Highland Junction is an exciting purchase as it is newer, well located, and we were able to assume low interest debt with seven years remaining,” said Kristina Sorency, Regional Portfolio Manager. With the opening of a regional corporate office in Lakewood, CO, and over 60 local employees, Plenty of Places has built a strong presence in the Denver market.
Highland Junction is situated on Yates Street, just East of Sheridan Boulevard in Denver's sought-after Berkeley neighborhood. Constructed in 2018, the three story elevator-equipped building offers a mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The units are well appointed with washer/dryer units, dishwashers and microwaves.
Plenty of Places Apartment Homes is a privately held real estate investment firm with offices in Denver, Colorado and Long Beach, California. With their portfolio of more than 2,400 units in three states, the firm is focused on acquiring more multi-family properties. Plenty of Places is well capitalized and positioned to respond quickly to investment opportunities.
