Requirements:

*Must have at least 3 years of on-site management experience

*High school diploma or equivalent required

*Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred

*Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Google

*Property software experience required

*Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

*Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
