"When I started looking for an apt what attracted me to Lamar Village was the reasonable rent. I had no idea it would be such a nice place to live. I feel safe here, being single, and the security doors are a big plus. Its quiet and such a clean complex. The grounds are beautiful, grass stays neat and cut, beautiful flowers blooming. I walk my dog outside quite a bit,I see no trash or dog poop lying around. Julia, our community manager does an amazing job taking care of this complex. She is so on top of everything. Our maintenance crew is awesome. I once had to put in a work order, it was taken care of right away I 've lived here a few months I'm very impressed. This is home and it feels like home. Very homey atmosphere. I love living here."

"I have lived here in the same apt. for 25 years. The dwellings and grounds are always well maintained, and emergency maintenance is very responsive. Maintenance staff often give extra effort when asked. Pool is well serviced and fun to use. Big plus is bldgs. are quieter than most, and excessive noise or disruptions are not tolerated by mgmt. No problems with bugs, and occasional unit upgrades are available at no charge. Has free trash recycling."

"This is an older complex however, the parking is really easy, the apartment is super quiet, the pool is nice and for the most part, everyone is super friendly. "I have absolutely loved living at Lamar Village! It was a great starter apartment! My unit was newly renovated and I had no big issues with anything and if I did maintenance is always on top of any maintenance requests. It’s very quiet and peaceful and the grounds are well maintained! I enjoyed the security of the package room as well as locked doors to the buildings! Staff is very friendly and helpful! I have absolutely no complaints about Lamar Village and I’m going to miss it!"

The property managers always answers the phone, so no automated menus or leaving messages that don't get returned. Travis in particular does a fantastic job. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and are courteous and respectful. I would recommend Lamar Village to potential tenants wholeheartedly."

Utilities

All standard utilities are billed in addition to your monthly rent amount. Electricity is billed separately through Xcel Energy.

Utilities rates, on average, are as follows:

Lease Terms

• We are currently offering an 11-month lease term at the advertised rental rate.

Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community!

Pet Deposit:
• Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment with a $300 deposit per unit. This deposit is fully refundable upon move-out.

Pet Rent:
• Cat: $25 monthly pet rent
* Per unit, up to 2 cats.
• Dog: $35 monthly pet rent
* Per unit, up to 2 dogs.

Note: If a tenant has both a cat and a dog, the total monthly pet rent will be $35.

Restrictions:
We have a weight limit of 80lbs. The following constitutes a list of animals, and/ or breeds of animals, that are not permitted in, on, or around any apartment or common area. Animals not listed below, but display substantially similar physical characteristics or traits will be treated as though they had been listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made for service or companion animals, in accordance with Colorado laws.
