"I've been living here now for over 6 months and I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place. I don't know of a better place downtown to live. There are over a hundred residents here, yet it's perfectly quiet. The amenities (pool, courtyard, lights, BBQ) are awesome and in direct view of my third story apartment. Reasonably priced, most utilities included, brand new appliances.. it's literally everything I need. There are people as young as 18 here, as well as senior citizens. Plus, the best perk, I can walk to Fremont within minutes. The food nearby is great. And to top it off, we have the best leasing agents and office staff. They know everyone. I can communicate with them whenever an issue arises. I feel like they actually care which is amazing and something I'm not used to. Not a place to be overlooked!"
