Each of our one-bedroom apartment homes comes standard with two-tone designer paint, modern vinyl flooring and adequate storage. Other amenities include brand-new Shaker style cabinets, noise-reducing triple-pane windows, sleek marble-like countertops, stainless-steel appliances and lustrous tile surrounds and back splashes.
With professional management and around the clock emergency maintenance, it’s easy to kick off your shoes and relax knowing we’re here to provide outstanding customer service in a prompt and efficient manner. Our cat friendly community also offers covered parking and extra storage.

We are a pet-friendly community!
Pet Deposit:
• Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment with a $300 deposit per unit. This deposit is fully refundable upon move-out.
Pet Rent:
• Cat: $25 monthly pet rent
* Per unit, up to 2 cats.
• Dog: $35 monthly pet rent
* Per unit, up to 2 dogs.
Note: If a tenant has both a cat and a dog, the total monthly pet rent will be $35.
Restrictions:
We have a weight limit of 80lbs. The following constitutes a list of animals, and/ or breeds of animals, that are not permitted in, on, or around any apartment or common area. Animals not listed below, but display substantially similar physical characteristics or traits will be treated as though they had been listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made for service or companion animals, in accordance with Colorado laws.

All standard utilities are billed in addition to your monthly rent amount. Electricity is billed separately through Xcel Energy.
