    We are a cat-friendly community!


    Cat Deposit:

    • Up to 2 cats are allowed per apartment with a $300 deposit per unit. This deposit is fully refundable upon move-out.  


    Cat Rent:

    • $25 monthly pet rent

      * Per unit, up to 2 cats.  


    Restricted animals:

    Exotic Animals:

    • Reptiles (snake, iguana)
    • Skunks
    • Raccoon

    • We are currently offering an 11-month lease term at the advertised rental rate.  


    *We also offer other flexible lease terms at time of approval. Lease terms are subject to change. Please contact our leasing office to discuss additional options.

    • $40 application fee per person 18 or older

    • $500+ security deposit

    • $25 monthly storage locker fee (optional)

    • $1 monthly payment processing fee

    All standard utilities are billed in addition to your monthly rent amount. Electricity is billed separately through Xcel Energy.
