  • Pet Policy

    We are a pet friendly community!


    • Up to 2 pets allowed per apartment

    • Cat: $200 refundable deposit, $25 monthly pet rent

    • Dog: $500 refundable deposit, $50 monthly pet rent


    Restrictions:

    -We have a weight restriction of 35lbs. Breed restrictions also apply. Please contact the office for more information.  

  • Pricing and Additional Fees

    • $45 application fee per person 18 or older

    • $500+ security deposit
